I decided to take the day off today. Work's exhausting me and I needed a day to relax and enjoy myself.
The irritating sound of my alarm clock wasn't a part of my day today. I took my time getting out of bed, and when I finally decided to get up, I went downstairs and made some breakfast. I turned on the tv, and watched cartoons while I ate. I then jumped in the shower and got dressed.
What better way to relax then to go out and do a little bit of shopping?
That's exactly what I did (after stopping at Tim's for a coffee). I went to a few stores, looking for nothing in particular. I simply roamed around, trying on anything that I was interested in, and buying anything that I liked. When I finished with one block of stores, I drove on to the next, and I continued along my way.
As I was driving from one area to another, I remembered that I wanted to get a couple of new bras. And so I drove to the mall and went to the store that I buy that kind of stuff from. Whether or not you were interested in knowing, I wear a C cup. I've been a C cup for a few years now and I'm very pleased with my bra size. I've never wanted to be any smaller or any bigger; basically, I'm perfect as I am. I think so anyways.
So anyhow, I found a particular bra that I liked and went to the fitting room to try it on. Boy was I surprised when it didn't fit right. The girl who worked there suggested that I try on a D.
"Whoa, no! I don't think so. I've been a C for ages".
"Well it's possible that you've grown into a D cup now".
You're kidding me right? Anyways, I didn't believe her and figured the style of the bra was the problem. She insisted on bringing me the bra in a D cup, and I reluctantly tried it on.
It was a perfect fit. Damn it! How can I have I gotten bigger? I seriously hope that it was the particular style of the bra that was made smaller, because I don't want to permanently graduate to a D. That would mean that I wouldn't be the perfect bra size anymore, and that would really upset me. Anyways, I bought it.
All in all, my day off went perfectly. I bought lots of stuff and even got a little bit of my Christmas shopping done. Once I write up my Christmas shopping list, I may just have to take another day off and do all my shopping in one day. It truly beats having to do my shopping in the evenings when everything is crowded and people get aggressive and stupid.
Now I'm back home, all warm and cozy. Let the weekend begin!
